Return and Refund Policy

We are human. We are not perfect and mistakes can happen but we will try our best to make it right! Therefore, delays in inventory & shipping can happen, packages being lost can happen, and being small business we cannot afford to refund for something out of our control.

We will NOT refund for the following:

• Inventory delays
• Damaged products due to transit (a replacement for the item/s will be offered and sent)
• If the package gets lost in transit (a replacement for the item/s will be offered and sent)

If you decide you do not want the replacements, a gift card to our shop in the amount of the damaged item/s will be issued.

We will refund for the following:

• If an item is out of stock
• If an item is not correct (such as the design, size, etc.)
• If you received the wrong item (we must receive the wrong item before a refund will be issued)
